By hitting the specific link, you can copy and paste the list and place it in your email browser. Place it in BCC as this will not alert the respective legislators that your email is a group email. Many legislators don't attend to "group emails."

If you don't know who are your legislators, you can enter your zip code in the lower right search section to obtain the names of your senator and representative.
Remember, if you choose to do nothing you will receive a government designed by others who may not have your better interests in mind. We encourage all citizens to be actively involved.
